We used Minuteman Floors for a major renovation project before (carpet removal and wood floor installation throughout house) and had a great experience, so when we needed a bathroom remodel we called them again. As before, their work was impeccable; beautiful new tile on the floor, new shower/bath with white subway tiling on the wall, new vanity/mirror/light fixture, and repair of significant water damage discovered underneath the old tub. The crew was considerate, communicative, and did top-notch work throughout. Highly recommend for home renovation projects of all kinds!

I had Minuteman Floor remove old carpeting and install vinyl plank flooring for a condo I purchased. I am super happy with the quality of the work that was done, and the owner Steve was excellent to deal with throughout the entire process! I had to change the date of the install several times and Steve was always flexible with me and then his team ultimately completed the job on a very tight timeline when I was finally ready to have the work done. The crew arrived on time and completed the job quicker than I imagined possible! They were very professional and pleasant to deal with while they worked on my job. I cannot say enough good things about Steve and his installation crew. From the first phone call through installation day he was friendly, honest and accommodating to our schedule. He provided a wide variety of options to choose from. Pricing was right in our budget. His installation crew arrived a little late due to the weather but they walked in and got right to work. They were ALL respectful of our home, our dogs and to us. We did a walk through when they were done. The seams were pointed out, which I would never know they were there had he not shown us. The carpet on the stairs is perfect. The transition to the bathrooms (where there is tile) is flawless. They did a phenomenal job! I highly recommend Steve and this crew. Will definitely call him when we are ready to do the downstairs.

Steve, the owner, and his install crew provided us with outstanding service and workmanship from start to finish and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking no-hassle floor installation that is done right the first time. My wife and I had purchased a variety of floors from multiple flooring retailers for our home renovation and addition project. We were at the point that we were ready to have them installed, but after reading very mixed reviews of the floor installers of the various retail companies, we felt uncertain that they would be able to provide us with a quality install job. We had new wooden stairs put into our home and the final product looks fantastic. It was an excellent experience working with Steve, as he is totally professional and a pleasure to work with. Every aspect of our experience with the team was positive from initial consultation through the installation and finishing process to completion. Steve clearly enjoys working with people on their homes and put in a lot of effort upfront to help us think through and investigate options on the style, design and budget aspects of the project. He was attentive, flexible with our schedules and responsive to our timeline. The carpentry work is impeccably done and the expert carpenter Michael is a terrific person to work with. The advice he gave about finishes was key to creating a beautiful staircase that transformed the look and entryway to our house into a modern update that perfectly complements our traditional colonial home.
We hired Steve and his crew to replace an outdated stair runner and kitchen floor. We knew that we wanted to replace a dated checkerboard linoleum floor but never having gone through the process before, weren't sure of our options or how the process would work. Steve walked us through the project, and couldn't be happier with the results (we went with a luxury vinyl tile in a more modern slate). The team was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and fast. Minuteman Floors did an EXCELLENT job with my upstairs bedrooms and main floor living area (6 total rooms!) installing laminate flooring! Davison and his crew went above and beyond and did the job in ONE DAY! It was a little hectic working from home, but they were very careful to make sure I could do my job as they proceeded to move things around me carefully!
